Casa Lolita Guesthouse offers whole-house exclusive use within a quiet, private, and guarded subdivision, ensuring comfort, security, and complete privacy throughout your stay. The property includes covered and CCTV-monitored parking for added peace of mind, as well as an outdoor washroom designed for events, allowing guests to maintain privacy without entering the main house. For special occasions, temporary road closure in front of the property may be arranged with advance notice to the homeowners’ association and nearby neighbors, providing flexibility while respecting the community.
