Casa Lolita Guesthouse – Nightly Rates (Whole House)

Casa Lolita Guesthouse offers exclusive whole-house use within a quiet, private, and guarded subdivision, ensuring comfort, security, and complete privacy throughout your stay. The property includes covered, CCTV-monitored parking for added peace of mind, as well as an outdoor washroom designed for events, allowing guests to maintain privacy without needing to enter the main house.

For special occasions, temporary road closure in front of the property may be arranged with advance notice to the homeowners’ association and nearby neighbors, providing added flexibility while still respecting the community.

For guest safety and property security, security cameras are installed throughout the common areas of the property, including select indoor common spaces such as the living room, kitchen, and upstairs family room. These cameras are not installed inside bedrooms or bathrooms. Indoor cameras may be temporarily unplugged at the guest’s discretion during their stay; however, we kindly recommend reconnecting them before leaving the property to help maintain security monitoring when the property is unoccupied.

These security measures are intended to help protect both guests and the property by providing recorded footage in the event of security concerns, emergencies, unauthorized access, or incidents such as theft or burglary while the property is unattended.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Thank you for choosing Casa Lolita Guesthouse. To ensure fairness for both guests and the property, the following cancellation policy applies to all bookings.
  1. Reservation Confirmation
  • A reservation is considered confirmed once the required payment or deposit has been received.
  • By confirming a booking, guests acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
  1. Guest Cancellation Policy
  • More than 14 days before check-in:
    Guests may cancel free of charge and receive a full refund, less any payment processing fees (if applicable).
  • 7 to 14 days before check-in:
    50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
  • Less than 7 days before check-in:
    The booking becomes non-refundable.
  • No-show or same-day cancellation:
    100% of the booking amount will be charged and is non-refundable.
  1. Shortened Stay / Early Check-Out
  • Once checked in, unused nights due to early departure are non-refundable.
  1. Rebooking / Credits
  • At management’s discretion, guests may request to rebook their stay instead of receiving a refund, subject to availability and rate differences.
  1. Force Majeure / Emergencies

In cases of natural disasters, government travel restrictions, severe weather, or other events beyond the guest’s or property’s control, Casa Lolita Guesthouse may offer:

  • rebooking,
  • travel credit, or
  • partial/full refund,

depending on the circumstances and applicable Philippine consumer protection principles.

  1. Property-Initiated Cancellation

If Casa Lolita Guesthouse is unable to honor a confirmed reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive:

  • a full refund, or
  • the option to transfer the booking to another available date.
  1. Refund Processing
  • Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days depending on the payment method or bank processing times.
  1. Important Notes
  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing through the original booking platform, email, or official Casa Lolita communication channels.
  • Any platform-specific policies (such as Airbnb, Agoda, Booking.com, etc.) may also apply depending on where the reservation was made.

This policy is designed to remain fair, transparent, and aligned with general Philippine consumer protection and contract law principles regarding accommodation bookings and reasonable cancellation fees.
