Please keep noise at a respectful level, specially late at night

PETS ALLOWED
Pets are allowed, but must stay in the garage area only.  Service animals are always welcome.

EVENTS ALLOWED
Events and gatherings are permitted; however, only the maximum number of registered guests approved in the reservation are allowed inside the property unless prior written approval has been provided by management.

SMOKING, VAPING, E-CIGARETTES ALLOWED
Outdoors only. No smoking inside the house.

COMMERCIAL PHOTOGRAPHY & FILMING ALLOWED
With prior written approval.

NUMBER OF GUESTS
Maximum of 10 guests allowed on the property, and all guests must be registered and approved as part of the reservation.

STAFF GUIDANCE
Our staff will gladly assist you upon arrival and provide a mandatory walkthrough of the property amenities, house rules, and facilities. Guests will also be checked in and verified based on the valid IDs provided during the reservation process.

The walkthrough also gives guests the opportunity to receive a quick demonstration of the property features, including the location of light switches, how to unlock and secure the balcony patio doors, how to operate the air-conditioning units, which keys are designated for specific doors and access points within the property, and the location of indoor security cameras located in common areas. Indoor cameras may be unplugged at the guest’s discretion during their stay.

We kindly encourage guests to carefully inspect the guesthouse during the walkthrough to ensure everything is in satisfactory condition and meets their needs.

Please report any missing, damaged, or non-working items to our staff immediately upon arrival. The property will also be inspected prior to checkout, and registered guests may be held responsible for any missing items, damages, or excessive wear beyond normal use during their stay; however, we kindly recommend reconnecting them before leaving the property to help maintain security monitoring when the property is unoccupied. These security measures are intended to help protect both guests and the property by providing recorded footage in the event of emergencies, unauthorized access, theft, burglary, or other security-related incidents while the property is unattended.

WHITE LINENS, BATH MAT, & TOWELS
Please help us maintain the quality and cleanliness of our white linens, towels, and bath mats for all guests to enjoy. Kindly avoid using them for makeup removal, hair dye, shoe cleaning, wiping spills, or cleaning surfaces.

Bath mats are intended for clean, dry feet only after bathing or showering.

Excessive staining, permanent discoloration, or damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional cleaning or replacement charges, which may be deducted from the guests security deposit.

KITCHEN & APPLIANCES

  • Please keep the stovetop glass cover open while the stove is still hot to avoid heat damage.
  • Dispose of leftover food properly to help prevent ants and insects. Clear plastic garbage bags are provided in the garage and may be found hanging near the outside sink area.
  • Please handle kitchen cabinet doors gently and avoid slamming them, as the glass panels may crack or break upon impact.
  • The fridge water dispenser operates with a gentle push — excessive force is not required.

SAFETY & SECURITY

  • Please ensure all doors and windows are locked whenever leaving the property unattended.
  • For added privacy and security, kindly keep the front gate closed at all times.
  • For guest safety and property security, security cameras are installed in the property’s common areas, including select indoor shared spaces such as the living room, kitchen, and upstairs family room. No cameras are installed inside bedrooms or bathrooms. Indoor cameras may be temporarily unplugged at the guest’s discretion during their stay; however, we kindly recommend reconnecting them before leaving the property. Recorded footage may be reviewed in the event of emergencies, unauthorized access, theft, burglary, or other security-related incidents.

DAMAGES & LOST ITEMS
Report any damage immediately.  Guests are responsible for intentional damage.

GARBAGE & RECYCLING
Dispose of trash in designated bins.

RESPECT THE PROPERTY
Treat the home as if it were your own.
