For convenience and peace of mind, the property features a spacious covered parking garage, along with ample outdoor parking available directly in front of the house. Exterior areas and parking spaces are monitored by security cameras to help maintain the safety and security of guests, visitors, and property.

Guests hosting special occasions will appreciate the flexibility of the location. Subject to applicable approvals and advance notice to the Homeowners' Association and neighboring residents, the road directly in front of the property may be temporarily utilized to accommodate a 20 x 40-foot tent capable of hosting up to 100 guests.

To further enhance comfort and convenience during gatherings, Casa Lolita Guesthouse includes a dedicated outdoor washroom, allowing event guests to access restroom facilities without entering the main residence. In addition to leisure stays, the guesthouse is ideal for intimate weddings, family reunions, staycations, team-building activities, workshops, retreats, and conference meetings. The garage area can be conveniently transformed into a functional meeting or event space, making Casa Lolita Guesthouse a versatile venue for both relaxation and professional gatherings.

Safety, Security, Privacy & Guest Protection

For the safety and security of our guests and property, CCTV cameras are installed in designated exterior areas and select indoor common areas, including the living room, kitchen, and upstairs family room. Cameras are never installed in bedrooms, bathrooms, or private sleeping areas.

Guests may temporarily unplug designated indoor cameras while occupying common areas but are requested to reconnect them before leaving the property unattended or upon check-out.

Guests are responsible for any damage, tampering, disconnection, or interference with security cameras or related equipment and may be charged for any resulting repair, replacement, labor, or service costs.

While Casa Lolita Guesthouse takes reasonable measures to provide a safe and secure environment, guests remain responsible for their personal belongings, valuables, vehicles, and other property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Casa Lolita Guesthouse shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage to guest property unless directly caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of management or staff.

By making a reservation, entering, or occupying the property, guests acknowledge and consent to the property's CCTV monitoring, privacy practices, house rules, and terms and conditions. CCTV footage may be used and disclosed when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, insurance claims, or investigative purposes in accordance with applicable laws.
